Free Handstand Guide
Four steps before you touch the wall.
Step 01 / 04 — FEAR OF FALLING
01 / 04
Learn to fall safely.
The #1 reason beginners never start: they're afraid of falling. Not of the handstand itself — of what happens when it goes wrong. Once you know how to fall, the fear disappears. And once the fear disappears, everything else gets faster.
Step 02 / 04 — BLOOD RUSH
02 / 04
Feel comfortable upside down.
Your body isn't built to be upside down. The head rush, the pressure, the panic — that's normal, not a sign you're doing it wrong. Two minutes a day of breathing work against a wall is enough to make it disappear.
Step 03 / 04 — THE STARTING LINE
03 / 04
Correct wall positioning.
Every handstand — beginner or advanced — starts from the same base position against a wall. Get this wrong and nothing after it will hold. This is the one thing to fix before touching anything else.
Step 04 / 04 — THE PUPPET EFFECT
04 / 04
Fine body activations.
Shoulders open. Ears to shoulders. Pelvis tucked. Legs straight and braced. Together, it's the feeling of being pulled upward by a string. This is the difference between holding a handstand and fighting one.
